Most enjoyed ramen style around the world. This is a very rich pork broth that takes 12 hours to make! We season the broth with white miso, kombu seaweed, katsuobushi (dried bonito) and a little soy sauce. It comes with fresh ramen noodles, slow-cooked pork belly (Pork Chashu), soy-marinated soft-boiled eggs, browned onion and garlic oil and garnishes. Picture by @edit.eats and @thechinesefoodie.
