Beijing Zhajiang Mian means “Beijing noodles with fried sauce”. It is very distinctive from other types of Zhajiang Mian. This dish contains noodles, a fermented soybean paste with pork and fresh vegetables as garnish. The pork belly is cooked in the paste for 3 hours with constant stirring to create for a very savoury and tasty dish with salty pork bits. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a very authentic dish from Beijing which is considered there a comfort food to be enjoyed with family and friends.
